Return Policy
At Camden Row, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not permitted.

Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to (partially) return is not allowed.
Return Process

Register your return via info@camden-row.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
